Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Personalized Skin Care, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– Appointments made within the 48-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Any multiple services or combos may require be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Personalized Skin Care members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Personalized Skin Care Inc. policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Please make sure you are off of ALL Oral acne prescriptions and topical acne prescription medications for 14 days prior to your scheduled appointments. This Inc.ludes but is not limited to Retin-A (even if you only use it once or twice a week), Accutane (need to be off 6 months), Doxycycline, Benzoyl Peroxide, Epiduo, Differin, Tri-Luma, Hydroquinone, Isotretinoin. If you have had any Botox or Fillers, you must wait a full 14 days post injection for any facial service.
Age under 18: Please bring ID to your appointment to confirm you are at least 18 years old or please bring your parent/guardian to sign waxing permission slip.
Refund and Return Policy
There is no refund on any services rendered or opened products.
There is a 6-month expiration on any packages bought. No Exceptions.
Refunds or Exchanges for UN-Opened products must be made within 7 days of purchase date. If you think the product or treatment caused an allergic reaction, you must come to the studio in person with a photo for documentation within 48 hours of suspicious reaction.

It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent as a means to better understand the way in which other websites garner, make use of and share information collected.

Personalized Skin Care Inc. may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from www.pskincare.net. Personalized Skin Care Inc. may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.
