Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and client-focused individual who is passionate about skin wellness and eager to grow within the esthetics industry. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys building relationships with clients while contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Skills:

1. Sales/Communication Skills 2. Product knowledge. Product knowledge is likely the most important skill you’ll need to have as an inside sales representative. 3. Time-management skills 4. Knowledge of proper treatment methods to insure that no harm comes to guest 5.  Perform job functions with minimal supervision 6. Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent Spa data 7. To work cohesively with all Clinic areas and co-workers as part of a team 8.  Flexibility with schedule 9. Passion for skin care

Essential: 1. Graduate of esthetics school. Current esthetics license 2. Knowledge of physiology 3. Ability to provide legible communication 4. Intermediate level math skills 5. Minimum of two years practical experience 6. High School Graduate Desirable: 1. Experience in a Skin Clinic, Spa or Day Spa 2. Certified in basic first aid and CPR

Preferred Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician License or enrollment in an accredited esthetics program
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, front office, or spa environments is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning new technologies, treatments, and skin care products
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems
• Passion for skin care, wellness, and continued education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Schedule Requirements

This position is part-time and includes availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with opportunities for additional hours as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities

As an Esthetician Assistant & Front Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and results-driven client experience. This position combines front office support with hands-on exposure to advanced skin wellness treatments and provides opportunities for growth within the practice.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Managing appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
• Assisting with client intake forms and consultation preparation
• Supporting treatment room setup, organization, and sanitation protocols
• Maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and preparing treatment materials
• Assisting with facial services and advanced treatment preparation as directed
• Educating clients on home care recommendations and product usage
• Processing retail sales and managing point-of-sale transactions
• Creating and posting content for social media platforms as needed
• Supporting follow-up communications and client retention initiatives
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
• Participating in ongoing education, training sessions, and team meetings

Esthetician Assistant

Esthetician Assistant

The Esthetician Assistant supports the Lead Esthetician in delivering exceptional, personalized skincare experiences while upholding the standards and protocols established by Personalized Skin Care, Inc.

Responsibilities include assisting with PSC signature treatments, including MicroFusion, microcurrent, LED therapy, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare services. The Esthetician Assistant prepares treatment rooms, maintains treatment supplies and equipment, and helps ensure a seamless client experience.

Additional duties include educating guests on recommended home care routines and professional skincare products, conducting client follow-up, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining client records, and collaborating with reception, housekeeping, and other team members.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare, wellness, and delivering outstanding client care.
