Welcome to Personalized Skin Care (PSC Wellness). We are committed to providing professional skincare services, quality skincare products, and a positive experience for every client.

Please review the following terms before scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website.

1. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposits

A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedules sometimes change, and we appreciate advance notice so we can offer available appointments to other clients.

Our 5-Day Cancellation Policy

  • Five days or more before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation penalty.

  • Less than five days but more than 48 hours before your appointment: A cancellation charge of 40% of the reserved service amount applies.

  • Within 48 hours of your appointment, including same-day cancellations: A charge of 100% of the reserved service amount applies.

  • No-shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Deposits already paid will be credited toward applicable charges rather than charged a second time.

These policies help us respect our skincare professionals’ time and accommodate clients on our waiting list.

2. Before Your Appointment

Your skin’s health, safety, and long-term integrity are our priorities.

Medications & Skincare Products

Please inform your esthetician if you currently use or have recently used:

  • Prescription retinoids, including tretinoin (Retin-A) or adapalene (Differin).

  • Oral isotretinoin (Accutane or generic equivalents).

  • Benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, exfoliating acids, or other active skincare products.

  • Prescription acne medications or medications that increase skin sensitivity.

Depending on your skincare treatment, certain products or procedures may need to be temporarily avoided.

Please do not discontinue prescribed medications without consulting your healthcare provider.

Botox & Dermal Fillers

We generally recommend waiting at least 14 days after Botox or dermal filler injections before facial services involving significant pressure, massage, or manipulation of the treated areas. Follow your injecting provider’s instructions, which may require a longer interval.

Isotretinoin Precautions

Clients currently using or recently treated with oral isotretinoin must notify us before scheduling.

Certain exfoliating or resurfacing procedures may require additional precautions, treatment modifications, or medical clearance.

Clients Under 18

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parent or guardian attendance may also be required.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Professional Services

All completed skincare services are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you have concerns about your service, please contact our office promptly so we can review the situation.

Skincare Products

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products are nonrefundable except as required by law.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Product Sensitivities

If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use of the suspected product and contact us promptly.

We encourage notification within 48 hours when feasible, along with photographs for documentation if appropriate.

For severe reactions, seek appropriate medical care.

Prepaid Facial Packages

Prepaid facial packages have a six-month validity period from the purchase date, subject to applicable law.

Please schedule and use your services within the specified period.

4. Website Use
